Biography
Robert is a media and communication PhD candidate whose work resides in the field of surveillance studies. His qualitatively oriented research is informed and underpinned by a broader schema of topic areas including; power, how power manifests in and is exercised through society, particularly through the logics of capitalism, politics, governance, and technology, as well as media complicity in producing and reproducing the ideologies that buttress that power.
